Ideas & Creativity belong to no one person.

So I don’t charge you for them. I’m a team member not a consultant.

I want to work with your in house team to develop ideas and solutions to make your project or event the best it can imagine.  As everyone on the team shares ideas, creativity sparks and more ideas are created. The power of this kind of thinking creates teams where the win is shared by all involved.

To get paid, I need to create value.

With budgets what they are, you cant afford consultants that arrive, open their mouths and then present an invoice, regarless of the value of their utterings.  By working as part of your team, assisting in the development of a project, I believe I can create the value that justifys my having a seat at the table.

It’s brining the ideas to life and ensuring that the full potential of a project is realised should always be the motivation not the fee.  I don’t charge by the hour, I negotiate on the value.

Most suppliers are pretty much the same.

We’re the leading company etc. etc.  is the line most companies lead off with…

How can they all be the leading company, the best in their field ?  In truth, they are all pretty much the same. They concerntrate on delivering all the things you expect.  I deliver the things you expect, and then deliver the extra 10 % that you don’t expect.  

You know that it’s that little bit extra that makes the difference – the little extra touches that take a job from brilliant to breathtaking.
